Weather
All
events will
be played
rain or
shine,
unless
severe
conditions
prevail or
management
closes the
golf course.
Pre-booked
rain dates
are not
possible.
Should the
golf course
close for
any reason,
rescheduling
of the event
will be
addressed at
that time.
Fees will be
credited
toward your
next outing
or players
will receive
a credit to
use toward a
round of
golf. In
the event of
cancellation,
due to
closure of
the golf
course, all
food and
beverage
arrangements
will be
provided as
planned. |
Deposit
A deposit of
$300 is
required to
confirm the
reservation.
The outing
date and
times are
not secured
until the
deposit is
received. |
Cancellations
Full refund
of deposit
with
notification
of 30 days
or more.
Full deposit
will be
forfeited
with-in 30
days of the
event.
3 days prior
to event a
guaranteed
number of
players is
required. |
Billing
The balance
of actual
charges,
will be
billed, net
10 days from
the day of
your event.
A finance
charge of
1.5% of
unpaid
balance will
be assessed
for accounts
past due.
The
tournament
representative
must collect
all fees
from
participants. |
Food and
Beverage
Our
wonderful
Food Service
Manager,
Tina Goss
will manage
all catering
and ensure
that food
service is
handled
efficiently
so that each
participant
is fully
satisfied.
As an
alternative,
you are
welcome to
coordinate
your own
food service
or bring in
a caterer.
We do not
permit
importing of
any
alcoholic
beverages.
However, you
may import
non-alcoholic
beverages,
food and
coolers; a
service
charge of
$6.00 per
person will
be applied.
Tot Hill
Farm is a
licensed and
insured
vendor
requiring
our staff to
distribute
all
alcoholic
beverages
according to
the North
Carolina
Alcoholic
Beverage
Commission
Regulations. |
